Job Description
Market Identification & Client Acquisition:
> Conduct market research to identify high-potential industries, businesses, and decision-makers that require aerospace fabrication solutions.
Sales & Business Development:
> Generate leads through networking, prospecting, and direct outreach.
Negotiation & Closing Deals:
> Develop customized sales strategies to convert leads into long-term customers.
Reporting & Performance Tracking:
> Maintain an up-to-date database of prospects, interactions, and sales activities using CRM tools.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in aerospace, metal fabrication, or manufacturing industries.
- Proficiency in CRM software, Microsoft Office, and other sales tools.
Salary Range: ₱18,000 - ₱25,000 depending on experience and potential
