Job Description
Education Level: A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant field, with an MBA is a plus.
Selling: Concepts, Business Strategy, Corporate services, Marketing, PR. Should be very good at Sales and Business Development
Track Record: Go-getter, Must have Persistence, be oriented, and be able to achieve revenue targets. Must have a proven track record with at least 200 franchise accounts.
Experience: at least 5 years of experience in store/franchise development and management
Knowledge about Franchise Development Laws and Regulations in the Philippines.
Personality: Great Interpersonal Skills, Good Communication, and a pleasing personality
Analytical: Understand franchisor businesses and ability to match franchisee’s requirements with franchisor’s vision

Job Description:
As the Head of the Franchise Business, your primary role includes the overall sales and operations of the franchise business. You will be the key contributor and driver of the national strategic growth initiatives. You are expected to have a deep understanding of the entire franchise business, and initiate strategies that is aligned with the plans of the company. As Head of the Franchise Business, you will be directly reporting to the President and Chief Executive Officer, and will be required to submit reports directly to the Executive Committee.
o Represents the company as the franchisor across the nation and advises the CEO on franchise matters pertaining to operations and strategy.
o Drive both the single-unit and multi-unit sales and business development plans to ensure company goals are being met.
o Manage the overall franchise business to generate revenue and profitability.
o Develop and manage the company’s strategies and tactics relating to market development planning, franchise development planning, creation of development programs and incentives, and provide inputs on the Franchise Disclosure document and other pertinent documents related to the business.
o Participate as an active member of the corporate leadership team and provide guidance on corporate strategic direction and the overall business growth.
o Oversee the marketing development, manage the franchise presentations and the regional expansion.
o Establish and oversee the adoption of the key vision, mission and values of the company.
o Leads the entire franchise support network that leads to the elimination of obstacles that impedes progress and growth.
o Work with the marketing team and third party agencies to implement an effective lead generation, track performances and adjust the plans accordingly.
o Performs and assists all other tasks and duties that are not stipulated on this document but assigned by the President and Chief Executive Officer.
