Job Description
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy; CPA is an advantage
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Financial Reporting, General, and Cost Accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry
- Experience with general ledger functions and month-end/year-end close processes, including reconciliation (bank reconciliation and accounts schedules)
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Well-versed in BIR compliance and PEZA reporting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well in a team
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy
- High proficiency in both written and verbal English
