Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary brand advocate for the account you are assigned to. Your role is to provide exceptional support to customers and clients of some of the world's most recognized brands.
QUALIFICATIONS
• Education: Graduate of Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields (e.g., Physical Therapy, Rad Tech, Pharmacy, Psychology, Med Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics). Non-licensed, except Nursing graduates.
• Experience:
Minimum 1 year in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management)
Preferably with experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid)
Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, especially in the Philippine setting
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
Upon hire:
• ₱24,000 basic pay + ₱4,000 account premium + ₱1,000 flex fund allowance
