Job Description
As a Call Center Agent, you will be the primary brand advocate for the account you are assigned to. Your role is to deliver outstanding support to the customers and clients of some of the world’s biggest and most sought-after brands.
Qualifications:
Education:
• Graduate of Allied Sciences, Social Sciences, Social Work, Human Services, or related fields (e.g., Physical Therapy, Rad Tech, Pharmacy, Psychology, Med Tech, Nutrition & Dietetics). Non-licensed except Nursing Grads.
Experience:
• Minimum 1 year in Direct Patient Care (Long-Term Care, Home/Community-Based Services, Hospital, or Case Management)
• Preferably with experience in managed care organizations (Medicare/Medicaid)
• Familiarity with BPO healthcare (member) processes, especially in the Philippine setting
