Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
Resolve customer issues efficiently while ensuring a positive experience.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
Follow company guidelines to maintain brand voice and customer service standards.
Requirements:
At least 1 year of experience as a Customer Service Representative (CSR), preferably in email support.
Strong written communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle multiple email inquiries efficiently and accurately.
Experience using CRM software and email support tools is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and customer-focused mindset.
Ability to work 9 AM to 5 PM EST.
