Job Description
The Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial operations, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting accurate and timely reporting. This role focuses on supervising finance team activities, maintaining statutory compliance, and optimizing processes in a fast-paced environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in finance, with supervisory responsibilities. CPA designation is highly preferred.
-Strong knowledge of compliance and reporting requirements with PEZA, BIR, = and SEC.
-Prior experience in a BPO or fast-paced environment is an advantage.

Essential Functions
- Supervise daily financial operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and payroll.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, particularly with PEZA, BIR, and SEC reporting.
- Prepare and review financial reports, statements, and forecasts for accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct audits and reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
- Support the Finance Manager in planning and implementing financial strategies.
- Oversee the submission of statutory requirements and compliance documentation.
- Train and mentor finance team members to enhance their skills and productivity.
- Collaborate with other departments to address financial queries and provide insights.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to optimize financial workflows.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely reporting to management and regulatory bodies.
