Job Description
Nityo Infotech Services Philippines is looking for:
Client Care Analyst - GCR (Mandarin Speaking)
— Location: Five E-com Center, Pacific drive, Pasay
— Set up: Hybrid (2-3 office days per week)
— Schedule: Flexibility in work schedule for 24x7 support operations
— Salary: Open rate + Complete Benefits
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with 3-5 years’ experience in the payments industry.
Strong understanding of payment systems, authorization, clearing, and settlement.
Experience with case management tools, live chat, and voice support.
Knowledge of secure payments, tokenization, and mobile payments is a plus.
Proficiency in Windows, Mainframe troubleshooting, and payment tools.
Fluency in Mandarin (spoken & written) is required.
Key Responsibilities:
— Manage client inquiries via case management tools, email, and live chat.
— Handle multiple case types, ensuring timely resolution.
— Collaborate with internal teams to enhance service delivery.
— Maintain compliance with risk and operational policies.
— Identify process improvements and training opportunities.
