Job Description
Position: Business Management Supervisor
Location: Bangkal, Makati City
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Thursday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Develop and implement business plans and strategies.
- Analyze financial data and prepare reports and presentations for management
- Oversee sales and marketing operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
- Ensure business process improvements and policy alignment
- Continuously improve business processes and enhance team performance.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning
- Strong leadership, analytical, communication, and presentation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
