Job Summary:
The Business Management Supervisor is responsible for conducting market research, business analysis, and strategic planning to support company growth. This role involves analyzing business processes, identifying improvement opportunities, and implementing strategies to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, major in Economics, Marketing, or any related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in market research, business analysis, or strategic planning.
Strong knowledge of business management principles.
Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
Proficient in research methods and data analysis techniques.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.
Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in MS Office.
Fast learner with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
Ability to analyze company procedures and implement necessary improvements.
High sense of urgency and ability to meet deadlines.
