0 to 2 Years can be pure manual, but willing to learn automation
3 to 5 Years manual + trained or has familiarity with Automation
6 to 9 Years should be Hybrid (manual + hands-on automation experience)
10+ Years should be Hybrid (manual + hands-on automation experience) + hands-on experience with Performance Testing and CI/CD
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Test Planning:

Analyze business and functional requirements to create detailed test plans and test cases.
Define test strategies and approaches based on project requirements.
Test Execution:

Execute manual and automated tests to validate functionality, performance, and security.
Perform regression, functional, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Defect Management:

Identify, document, and track defects and issues in the defect tracking system.
Collaborate with developers to investigate, prioritize, and resolve defects.
Reporting and Documentation:

Provide detailed reports on test execution, results, and defects.
Ensure test case documentation is up to date and maintains test records for audit purposes.
Collaboration:

Work with cross-functional teams (e.g., developers, product managers) to understand requirements and ensure the product meets quality standards.
Participate in scrum or agile ceremonies like sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives.
Test Automation (if applicable):

Develop and maintain automated test scripts for repetitive testing tasks using appropriate tools and frameworks.
Continuous Improvement:

Suggest improvements in test processes and practices.
Stay up to date with industry trends, testing methodologies, and new tools
