Requirements Analyst

-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-Must have minimum 3 years’ experience in business analysis in banking or financial institutions. (Non-negotiable)
-Must have experience in IT project management. (Non-negotiable)
-Must have experience in requirements analysis and documentation. (Non-negotiable)
-Must have experience in conducting User's Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Operational Readiness Testing (ORT). (Non-negotiable)
-Must have experience in preparing User's Manual and training materials. (Non-negotiable)
-Must have experience in data analysis and advance skills in MS Excel. (Non-negotiable)
-Strong stakeholder management; ability to influence stakeholders and work closely with them to determine acceptable solutions (Non-negotiable)
-An analytical mind with problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. (Non-negotiable)
-Attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
-Prior experience working in a bank with background on lending process is a plus.
-Candidate can work onsite at BGC Taguig
