Job Description
• Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information about products and services
• Process orders, troubleshoot issues, and deliver exceptional customer support
• Utilize strong problem-solving and communication skills to assist customers effectively
Qualifications:
• High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) / Senior High School Graduate (New Curriculum)
• At least 6 months of call center experience (voice or non-voice) handling international accounts
• OR a minimum of 2 years of work experience in any industry
• Tech support experience required; audio equipment experience strongly preferred
• Willing to start immediately
