Qualifications
High School Graduate / SHS Graduate must have at least 6months up BPO experience (International Voice Account)
Customer Service Representatives and Customer Support skills
Interpersonal Skills for effective communication
Computer Literacy for using relevant systems
Experience in maintaining high customer satisfaction
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is a plus
