Job Description
We are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing team! Your responsibilities will include:
- Handling customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints
- Assisting customers with returns, upgrades, and purchases
- Providing guidance and technical support as needed
Qualifications:
- High School Graduate (Old Curriculum) or Senior High School Graduate
- At least 2 years of GDS experience and 1 year of call center experience
- Good to excellent English communication skills
- Willing to start immediately
