Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative, your role is to assist customers with inquiries, concerns, and complaints about products and services. You will help with returns, upgrades, and purchases while also providing guidance and technical support. This role can be performed in an office, call center, or even remotely from home.
Qualifications:
Must be a High School Graduate (old curriculum) or a Senior High School Graduate
Open to applicants with or without call center experience
Possess good to excellent English communication skills
Must be willing to start immediately
