Audit Staff

Qualifications :

• Graduate of any business related course (i.e. Accountancy, Management Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Technology).
• At least one (1) year experience in auditing, accounting or related field.
• A team player, proactive, detail-oriented, analytical and a problem-solver.
• With good oral and written communication skills.
• With good interpersonal relations skills
• With good moral character and committed to high ethical and professional standards.
• With knowledge in basic computer processing (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
• Will be assigned in Silang Cavite for Inter-departmental audit.

Job Description

• Report directly to the Audit Supervisor
• Ensures a department complies with internal regulations and established control and protocols.
• Examines documentations, including reports, statements, records and memos to gather information.
• In charge in checking expenses and other payables(s).
• Handle the actual audit inventory.
• Reconciles documentations with actual inventory or assets to ascertain accuracy.
• Prepare and present reports that reflect audit's result and document process and prepare audit findings.
• Acts as an objective source of independent advice to ensure the validity and goal achievement.
• Obtain, analyze and evaluate accounting documentation, previous reports, data, flowcharts and process flow.
• Identify loopholes and recommend risk aversion measures and cost savings to avoid fraud and reduce waste or expenses.
• Maintain open communication with Management and Audit team.
• Conduct follow up audits.
• Other arrears that have high risk that needs to audit as per Management.
