Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Credit and Collections Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role involves investigating credit applications, approving applications within established guidelines, and ensuring timely debt collection across designated accounts for companies and individuals. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, proficiency in both English and German and a strong understanding of debt collection processes.

Language Proficiency:
• Must have a Language Proficiency Certificate for German (Berlitz 7 / B1.3).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and German.
• Capable of performing translation tasks for both written and voice communication in German.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
- At least 1-2 years of relevant work experience in Credit and Collections.
- Strong knowledge and experience with MS Excel.
- Prior experience in a BPO/Shared Services environment is preferred.
- Willingness to work on a rotational shift basis and hybrid work setup.
- Ensure sufficient IT knowledge to carry out the required role, including competency in Excel and Word.
- Oracle knowledge is preferred.
