Job Description
- Define the project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop a detailed project plan, including timelines, milestones, and resources.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead and manage the project team, assigning tasks and responsibilities.
- Motivate and guide team members to achieve project goals.
3. Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project-related affairs.
- Communicate project status, updates, and risks to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
4. Resource Management:
- Identify and allocate resources effectively.
- Ensure that the team has the necessary resources to execute tasks.
5. Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor and address issues proactively to avoid project disruptions.
6. Budget Management:
- Develop and manage the project budget.
- Monitor expenditures and ensure the project stays within financial limits.
7. Quality Assurance:
- Establish and maintain project quality standards.
- Ensure that deliverables meet specified requirements and are completed to a high standard.
8. Project Execution and Monitoring:
- Oversee project execution to ensure adherence to the plan.
- Track progress and performance against planned objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Responsible of daily toolbox meeting.
- Responsible for the entire team and individual safety.
9. Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Prepare project reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Ensure to keep all the tools and equipment list and its actual condition before and after the project execution.
11. Closing and Evaluation:
- Ensure project deliverables are completed and accepted by stakeholders.
- Conduct project evaluation, documenting lessons learned for future projects.
KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATOR:
1. Project Delivery on Time:
- Measures the percentage of projects completed by the original deadline.
- I.e. (Number of Projects Completed on Time / Total Number of Projects) x 100
2. Budget Variance:
- Monitors the difference between the budgeted and actual project costs.
- I.e. (Actual Cost - Budgeted Cost) / Budgeted Cost x 100
3. Project Scope Changes:
- Tracks the number of scope changes or scope creep during a project.
- i. e. Total Number of Scope Changes per Project
4. Resource Utilization:
- Evaluates how effectively project resources (both human and material) are being used.
- I. e. I: (Actual Time Spent on Tasks / Available Working Time) x 100
5. Client Satisfaction:
- Assesses the satisfaction level of clients or stakeholders with the project's outcome.
- I. e. : Client Satisfaction Score from Surveys or Feedback
6. Quality of Deliverables:
- Measures the quality and defects in project deliverables.
- I. e. I: Number of Defects / Total Deliverables
7. Risk Management Effectiveness:
- Evaluates how well project risks are identified and managed.
- I. e. : Number of Risks Mitigated / Total Risks Identified
8. Communications Effectiveness:
- Determines the efficiency and effectiveness of project communication.
- I. e. : Stakeholder Communication Satisfaction Score
9. Team Performance:
- Assesses the productivity and effectiveness of the project team.
- I. e. : Team Performance Rating from Peer Reviews or Management Assessments
10. Project Return on Investment (ROI):
- Measures the financial benefits gained from the project relative to its cost.
