Job Description

A sales executive, also known as a sales rep, sells products or services to customers and builds relationships with clients. They work to increase revenue for the business by generating leads, closing deals, and providing customer service.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business prospects
Maintain relationships with current and new clients
Develop sales strategies and set goals
Contact customers by phone, email, or in person
Resolve customer queries and complaints
Make sales presentations to potential buyers

Skills and qualifications
