Job Description

Oversee the overall sales objectives, goals, and revenue of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
• Meet sales targets across all regions.
• Set revenue and sales goals with senior management.
• Lead the sales team, review performance, and recommend incentives.
• Manage pricing, supply, discounts, and sales trends.
• Develop strategies for advertising and market expansion.
• Ensure excellent customer service and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
• Graduate of any Business Course
• 3 to 5 years experience in Sales, preferably in FMCG
• 5 years experience as Manager / Supervisor
• Speaks English and Chinese
Salary Range: 100k to 120k
