Program Manager – Strategy and Operations

We are looking for an experienced Program Manager with a robust background in strategy formulation, operations management, and consulting. Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategic growth initiatives, including market-positive inorganic growth strategies and designing partnership models to exceed industry growth targets.
Drive the adoption of GenAI technology across large-scale IT services organizations, significantly enhancing productivity.
Build and execute financial models and Go-To-Market strategies in various sectors, including automotive and financial services.
Manage end-to-end delivery of strategic programs, such as GenAI-enhanced collections at banks, increasing performance and automation.
Lead cross-functional teams through supply chain transformations, implementing new models that optimize operational efficiency.
Oversee large-scale pricing and contracting strategies to ensure market share and profitability, particularly in healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors.
Develop and manage complex data models, market forecasts, and sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in program management and management consulting, with a proven track record in strategic planning, project management, and driving program implementation.
Expertise in business intelligence, data analysis, quantitative research, and operational excellence.
Strong leadership experience, having managed teams, collaborated with senior executives, and delivered results in fast-paced environments.
Proven ability to optimize financial performance, reduce operational costs, and increase efficiency through innovative solutions.
