Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead our Bangkok operations within the AI-driven BPO industry. This role is integral to the success of our data annotation and upcoming testing projects. The ideal candidate will be a native Thai speaker with strong English proficiency, and possess a background in HR management or project management, with a preference for experience in the BPO or IT industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operational Leadership: Oversee daily site operations, ensuring seamless execution of data annotation and AI-driven projects, in line with company goals and industry standards.
- Team Development: Lead and mentor a diverse team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence in the delivery of AI-based services.
- HR and Project Management: Manage site-specific HR activities and projects, including the recruitment and management of teams dedicated to content moderation, data labeling, and testing services.
- Client Engagement: Act as the primary liaison with clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded, particularly in relation to AI and data-focused projects.
- Quality Control: Implement rigorous quality assurance processes to maintain the highest standards in data annotation and testing deliverables.
- Safety and Compliance: Enforce industry-specific safety and compliance standards, ensuring all operations meet local and international regulations.
- Financial Oversight: Manage the site budget, optimizing resource allocation to support the efficient delivery of BPO services in the AI sector.
- Problem Solving: Quickly identify and resolve operational challenges, minimizing disruptions to project timelines and client deliverables.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on site performance, client satisfaction, and project milestones, keeping senior management informed.
Qualifications:
- Native Thai speaker with excellent English communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, HR Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, or HR, with a strong preference for experience in the BPO or IT industry, particularly within AI-driven environments.
- Proven track record in managing teams and complex projects within the AI or tech-driven BPO sector.
- Strong understanding of the AI industry, including data annotation, content moderation, and testing processes.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet tight deadlines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-specific projects, particularly in data annotation and testing.
- Familiarity with Thai regulations and standards in the BPO and tech industries.
