Job Description
Develop security policies: Create and enforce policies for security, including equipment usage and break-ins
Manage security operations: Oversee security operations, including hiring, training, and scheduling security personnel
Conduct risk assessments: Identify potential threats and vulnerabilities, and implement measures to mitigate them
Monitor security systems: Ensure security systems are working properly and up to date
Respond to incidents: Investigate security breaches and respond to emergencies
Collaborate with other departments: Work with management and other teams to integrate security into the company's operations
Stay up to date: Keep current on security technology and industry trends
Prepare reports: Create reports on incidents, maintenance, and training
