Privacy Analyst

• Evaluating, evolving, and creating program controls and protocols working with Privacy Counsel and Privacy Risk Management to support the business.
• Working closely with the business to identify key business processes and privacy risks arising from those processes to ensure compliance with developing laws.
• Supporting project privacy impact assessments and third-party privacy vendor risk assessments.
• Supporting rights related requests and maintaining metrics.
• Supporting privacy customer inquiries.
• Supporting the maintenance and update of Albertsons Data Maps.
• Monitoring business compliance with established privacy requirements.
• Evaluate, evolve, and create program controls and protocols working with Chief Privacy Officer, Privacy Operations Manager, and Privacy & Risk Program Manager

Job Qualifications:

• At least two (2) years of professional experience in privacy, compliance, legal or IT risk management
Privacy: Foundational knowledge of privacy concepts and practical experience in operational or technical privacy-related roles.
GRC:
• Experience designing or administering governance, risk, and compliance frameworks.
• Technical and Data Proficiency: Experience with technology, data, and collaborating with product teams. Demonstrated experience using privacy tools, such as OneTrust, is a plus.
• Project and Process Management: Experience managing projects and creatign process efficiencies.
• Basic knowledge of data, IT systems, and related areas
• Experience with the OneTrust privacy platform or other similar privacy technologies a plus
• Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to inspire trust and confidence with stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently, exercise good judgment, and take ownership of issues and matters to their successful conclusion.
• Strong written and oral communication skills

Privacy:
