Job Description
The role demands a combination of strategic foresight, business acumen, and leadership skills to propel the organization toward innovation, collaboration, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Planning and Development
Develop and refine MPC's long-term strategic vision to ensure sustainable growth
Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion, service innovation, and competitive advantage
Lead the strategic planning processes, including market analysis, goal setting, and resource optimization
Leadership and Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead discussions with team leads and employees alongside the President to ensure alignment with the company’s strategy
Translate high-level strategies into measurable plans for implementation across teams
Market and Competitive Analysis
Continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities
Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to mitigate risks and capitalize on emerging opportunities
Business Development and Partnerships
Identify and nurture strategic partnerships and collaborations that align with the company’s growth objectives.
Actively seek and secure new clients to expand the company’s portfolio and drive revenue growth.
Build and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients, ensuring alignment with their needs and expectations.
Innovation and Organizational Growth
Drive innovation by exploring new business models, emerging technologies, and operational improvements
Lead transformational initiatives to adapt to market changes and evolving client needs
Advisory Role to the President
a. Act as a trusted advisor and sounding board to the President, providing insights on strategic decisions and company direction
b. Ensure decisions focus on growth and unlocking future potential, rather than being limited by current capabilities
Risk Management
a. Identify potential risks to strategic objectives and develop comprehensive mitigation plans
b. Monitor and address uncertainties to safeguard the company’s long-term success
Qualifications
- Minimum 7-10 years experience preferably in a reputable marketing agency
- Minimum 3 experience in a leadership role
- Proven track record in developing and executing growth-oriented strategies
- Experience working across multiple departments such as marketing, operations,
finance, and HR
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent computer proficiency, including MS Office Suite
- Fluency in English and Filipino, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
