Head Baker

A Head Baker is responsible for managing the production of baked goods in a bakery. As a Head Baker, your primary duties include supervising a team of bakers, planning production schedules, ordering ingredients and supplies, and overseeing the baking process from start to finish. You will be responsible for creating recipes, adjusting ingredient quantities, and ensuring that all baked goods meet quality standards. You will also be responsible for managing the kitchen's budget, controlling costs, and ensuring that all equipment is maintained and in good working order.

Qualifications
- Finished college or any commissary/culinary related vocational graduate.
- At least two (2) years work experience in the same role, in the same capacity.
-Familiar with all professional kitchen equipment, including mixers, blenders, sheeters, oven, and others use on daily baking activities
- With certification in baking is a plus
- Understands food safety practices
- Ability to work multi-task and manage request on a timely manner
- Ability to work with integrity, professionalism and confidentiality
- Performs responsibility with Tenacity

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php20,000.00 - Php25,000.00 per month

8 hour shift

Supplemental Pay:

13th month salary
Overtime pay
