Job Description
-Assist all technical personnel on the specification of all equipment and maintenance programs.
-Oversee the implementation of technical personnel’s activities and equipment service providers’ maintenance programs.
-Facilitate and implement all maintenance contract and agreement for all critical equipment.
-Provide sufficient stocks for all repairs and maintenance materials and implement stock card system for proper documentation.
-Monitor & record all utilities consumption (electricity, water and diesel fuel) and compare utilization with the approved budget.
-Implement the Energy Management Plan for coordination with the building representatives as well as the contractual technical personnel. .
-Continuously develop and implement ways to improve the appearance and efficiency of the property and its equipment.
-Take part in the testing and commissioning of all equipment and machineries in accordance with the proper T&C procedures.
-Conduct regular inspection of resident fit-out units. Monitor compliance with the approved fit-out guidelines and approved plans.
-Ensure submission of relevant permits and insurance pertaining to unit renovation.
