Job Description
Be accountable for keeping solutions in a compliant state (GxP, ICFR), adhering to agreed service levels valid procedures
Detailed engineering
Handling technical and commercial customer requests
Supporting new customers at the start-up of projects, by creating applications software
Support the Earned Value Management process by assisting with the development of work packages, budget allocations, and manpower resources
Performs needs analyses for the Company and its customers, and
Participate to internal proposal review meetings
Providing technical information on our range of products
Provide technical and sales information to sales team
Provide technical and sales information to external customers by phone or email
Sales Support Qualifications:
At least 1 year’ experience in a working environment (Engineering/Technical Preferred)
University degree in Engineering (Civil Engineering)
Ability to develop and brief presentation material to senior leadership and the customer on analysis results and recommendations
Working experience/knowledge of AutoCAD applications
