Job Description
Position: Senior Fund Administrator
Company Industry: BPO Company

Work Schedule: Nightshift
Salary: Php 60,000 - Php 80,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Hybrid Work Set Up
Job Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree
*At least 2 years of working experience in Fund Accounting
*Knowledgeable pf Venture Capital, Private Equity, Fund or Funds, Fund Administration.
*Amenable to work on a night shift work schedule.
*Experience working in a BPO Company.
Job Descriptions:
*Communicate with clients and intermediaries while supporting them in the installation and administration of a variety of intricate funds, management firms, and related fund structures.
*Serve as clients' and third parties' initial point of contact
*Make sure that all investor and company records, files, and statutory documents are kept up to date.
* To settle fund expenses and maintain the library of electronic payments, prepare and revise manual and electronic payment instructions as needed.
*Oversee the filing and distribution of accounts.
*Participate in a number of internal working groups that support the development of processes and the enhancement of operations.
