Job Description
Position: Order to Cash Process Subject Matter Expert

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree
*At least 5-8 years of working experience in Order to Cash SME field
*Experience working in BPO or IT Company
*Amenable for night shift work schedule.
*Amenable to work onsite
Job Descriptions:
*Support current accounts as needed to ensure the cash process
*Assist the sales team in developing a business case for potential customers.
*Oversee several customer engagements and contracts during the course of the agreement.
*Designing and blueprinting order-to-cash solutions for potential customers and comparing their workflows.
*In charge of responding to questions from clients, staff, and business partners regarding the process.
