Position: Service Delivery Manager - Order To Cash

Job Requirements:
*Bachelors Degree
*At least 5-8 years of working experience in Order to Cash field
*At least 2 years of experience in People Management role.
*Amenable for night shift work schedule.
*Amenable to work onsite

Job Descriptions:
*Take part in the establishment and growth of OTC
*Assist the sales team in developing a strong business case for potential customers to do business offshore.
*Oversee several customer contracts and engagements during the course of the transaction.
* Create over-the-counter solutions for potential customers while evaluating their workflows.
*Oversee and conduct due diligence sessions to find and close any gaps in the suggested fixes.
*Collaborate closely with executives of Process Delivery to find areas for improvement.
*Oversee ongoing process enhancement initiatives and conduct evaluations on process maturity.
*Oversee client relations at the managerial level.
*Improve business processes and procedures to increase customer happiness and quality.
*In charge of responding to questions from clients, staff, and business partners regarding the process
