Job Description
Location: BGC, Taguig (Onsite)
Salary: PHP 27,500
Schedule: Day Shift
Qualifications:
-- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
-- At least 1 year of experience in marketing, sales support, or administrative roles
-- Strong organizational and communication skills
-- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
-- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Responsibilities:
-- Provide administrative support to all marketing and sales activities
-- Prepare speakership and sponsorship contracts, including mailing checks to external clients
-- Distribute promotional materials via LBC mailing or on-site delivery
-- Coordinate travel arrangements for external partners
-- Consolidate and analyze data from the sales/marketing team
