Job Description
Partner with hiring managers to determine staffing needs.
Source, screen, shortlist, and recruit candidates
Perform in-person, phone or virtual interviews with candidates.
Administer appropriate company assessments.
Perform reference and background checks
Make recommendations to company hiring managers
Prepare and post job advertisements with input from HR and hiring managers
Assist in process improvements including recruitment tools, templates, policies, and procedures
Timely update of the recruitment tracker ensuring that all relevant information is included on the file
Qualifications
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any equivalent.
At least a 1-year exposure in the related field is required for this position
Must be resourceful, flexible and have a positive outlook
Ability to adapt in a fast-paced work environment
Must have strong interview skills and the ability to clearly communicate results, feedback, and expectations
With strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to plan and complete work within given timeline
Excellent communication and must possess an ability to relate well to all kinds of people
