Job Description

Work Setup: Onsite in BGC, Taguig
Shift Schedule: Shifting 24/7

Requirements:
> Bachelor's degree graduate or completed at least 2 years in college without back subjects
> At least 3 years of people management background. (QA Supervisory/Managerial support)
> Certified Six Sigma Green Belt/Lean certification and/or ISO (QMS ISO 900) is required.
> Minimum of 6 years experience/exposure in Quality with at least 8 years of overall experience in BPO or Shared Services set-up
> Effective communication skills. Can drive discussions with sea-level executives.
> Preferably can start immediately
Salary:
₱100,000.00 Monthly
