Job Description
We are seeking a talented and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Salesforce development, including the implementation of new features, custom applications, and integration with third-party systems. You will be responsible for designing, coding, testing, and deploying solutions on the Salesforce platform to meet our business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify opportunities to automate workflows, optimize back-end processes, and improve scalability within the Salesforce platform.
Monitor system flows and troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth operation.
Build reports for leadership and executives, and provide user support.
Maintain existing features/products and contribute to new initiatives and product implementations.
Collaborate with leadership and stakeholders for requirements gathering, solutions consulting, and implementing new features.
Drive quality improvements and leverage technical skills to achieve success.
Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (Plus if your Degree is in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field preferred).
3+ years of experience developing on the Salesforce platform, including custom objects and flows.
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using SOAP, REST, BULK, and Streaming APIs.
Proven track record of delivering scalable, high-performance software systems.
Familiarity with Salesforce Partner Program and tools like Kulturra, Chargent, Accounting Seed, Aircall, RevenueHero, and Sharefile (a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities and development practices.
Ability to monitor high-volume systems and quickly address any errors or issues.
Knowledge of business processes in Sales, Marketing, Production, and Print.
Demonstrated success in leading at least two full-life cycle Salesforce implementations.
