Job Description

1. Supervises sampling inspection to assure that the product meets the customer requirements.

2. Checks and summarizes monthly data of non conformances found during product sampling inspection.

3. Verifies defects/ non conformances encountered by production to ensure quality.

4. Creates and maintains company quality documentation, such as procedures, work instructions, forms, etc.

5. Leads material or tool evaluation to ensure conformance to customer/ process requirements.

6. Issues Corrective Action Report for all non conformance found in a process.

7. Monitors and verifies the implementation, effectiveness, and closure of Corrective Action on non-conformance such as process non-conformity feedback and others.

8. Communicates and works cooperatively with Production and QA personnel such as Engineer, Asst. Supervisor, Supervisor and Manager to meet daily shipment target.

9. Attends regular status meeting with staff, supervisor and manager.

10. Maintains rapport to all levels in the organization.

11. Supports the management's implementation of company policies, rules and regulations.

12. Prepares report for quality/ operations performance review.

13. Supports and assists in generating corrective/risk assessment/management for all quality issues encountered.

14. Assists in communication with customer relating to quality issues/problems encountered.

15. Assists in approval of NG data sheet prior to sending.

16. Conducts verification of the effectiveness of implemented corrective action.

17. Conducts performance evaluation of subordinates and discusses results.

18. Participates in continual improvement of the organization.

19. Reviews and updates department FMEA or Risk Registry Log.

20. Performs limited complex task/work in a support role or work under close supervision of higher level engineer or immediate superior.

21. Performs related functions as deemed necessary by the superiors.
