Experienced Project Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to lead and oversee key client projects. In this role, you will manage the entire project lifecycle, ensuring successful execution from initiation and planning to execution, monitoring, and closure. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage resources, mitigate risks, and ensure that all deliverables meet quality, budget, and timeline expectations.

As the primary point of contact for clients, you will be responsible for building strong relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring satisfaction. This role requires a strong leader with excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to drive project success in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, coordinate, and execute projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery.
Collaborate with internal teams (designers, developers, content creators) to align project goals.
Manage resources effectively to optimize project outcomes.
Identify and mitigate risks to ensure smooth project execution.
Maintain strong client relationships and serve as the main point of contact.
Ensure all project deliverables meet quality standards, deadlines, and budgets.
Oversee the use of Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Audition, Premiere, Vyond, Synthesia, and simulation authoring tools in project execution.
Provide regular updates and reports on project status and progress.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong project management experience in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Audition, Premiere (or other video editing tools), Vyond, and Synthesia.
Experience with simulation authoring tools is a plus.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
Strong attention to detail and ability to adapt to changing priorities.
Willingness to work on-site in Ayala on a mid-shift or night shift schedule.
Can start immediately.
