Job Description
As a Business Development Associate, you will play a key role in expanding our client base, nurturing
partnerships, and supporting the company’s growth initiatives. Your ability to write persuasive and
engaging copies will be essential in creating outreach materials, proposals, and marketing collateral that
resonate with our target audience.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Development:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
• Conduct market research to identify potential clients, key decision-makers, and industry trends.
• Collaborate with the sales and data researchers to develop strategies for lead generation and
conversion.
CRM & Campaign Management:
• Set up and monitor outbound email campaigns using tools like SalesLoft, Pardot, and Yesware.
• Assist in managing and maintaining CRM databases (Salesforce) to track outreach efforts and
engagement metrics.
• Maintain accurate records of prospect interactions and pipeline progression in Salesforce.
• Track campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide insights for optimization.
Copywriting:
• Craft compelling cold emails, follow-up sequences, and sales collateral to engage prospects.
• Personalize outreach messaging to increase open rates and conversions.
• Develop engaging content for social media, and other potential digital platforms to enhance brand
visibility.
• Edit and proofread materials to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with brand voice.
• Initiate persuasive sales collateral, such as case studies, one-pagers, and presentations, tailored to
the needs of specific prospects or industries.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales team to align messaging and ensure a cohesive brand voice.
• Contribute ideas for A/B testing subject lines, email copy, and outreach strategies to enhance
engagement.
REQUIRED SKILLS/ABILITIES:
• Proven copywriting experience, showcasing your ability to write clear, engaging, and persuasive
content.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and negotiate
effectively.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, SalesLoft, Yesware) and Microsoft Office
Suite is a plus.
• Familiarity with digital marketing and social media platforms is a plus.
• Familiarity with B2B sales and lead generation strategies is a plus.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role.
This role is perfect for someone with a blend of sales acumen and creative writing skills, who enjoys
engaging with prospects and crafting compelling messaging that drives results.
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:
• Can work fully onsite.
• Can work from Monday to Friday, 7pm-4am.
• Can work in shifting schedules when necessary.
