Job Description
• Develop and execute strategies for business growth within the property sales and research sector.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
• Lead and manage various projects, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.
• Analyze market trends and conduct research to inform business decisions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve services and solutions for clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals and reports to senior management.
Job Requirements:
• Proven experience in business development, preferably in the property sales or research sectors.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• No accounting background required, but an understanding of property sales processes is an advantage.
