Job Description

NITYO INFOTECH IS LOOKING FOR:
IT SERVICE DESK/TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (18 HC)
Salary: Up to 25,000 PHP Gross + Php 10,000 completion bonus
With shuttle service in Manila Area
Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid, 12 days onsite per month
Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
Project based - 6 months (Subject for extension)
Start Date: March 17, 2025
Open House Interview: February 20-21, 2025 (Tentative)

Night Differential
QUALIFICATIONS:
Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
At least 6 months - 1 year relevant experience
TSR with Service Desk/Telco/Network Background with experience in BPO preferably US, UK, AU/NZ Canada Service Locations.
Must have good communication skills
