Job Description
Overall responsibility for the Accounting Department
Provides training and guidance to all Accounting Staff
Prepare all Financial & Accounting reports and analyses regularly for top management's review
Prepares financial forecasts used as the basis for budgeting
Regularly reviews all the Company's financial health based on each one's sales and spending
Tracks all financial transactions of the Company
Recommends steps for better budget management
Liaises with the necessary government agencies (BIR)
Job Profile:
Male or Female
25 to 55 years old
At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role
demonstrated leadership/mentoring skills
Non-CPA is accepted
strict advocate of accuracy in reports
