Job Description
A Japanese Manufacturing Company that was established year 1951. They
manufactured product like valve and other fluid control equipment that are usually use in
households and establishments. They are continuously growing company for 70 years
in the history creating good quality of products globally.
Position: Finance and Accounting officer
Industry: Distributor Company
Location: Makati City
Salary: Php 30,000 – Php 50,000
Schedule: Mondays - Fridays

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related.
With at least 4-5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting role.
With experience in bank reconciliation, Accounts Payable and Accounts
Receivable
With working experience in a Construction industry or similar.
Can start as soon as possible is a big plus.
Responsibilities:
• Handle full set of accounts including monthly bank reconciliation, Accounts
Payable & Accounts Receivable data entries, Accounts Receivable collection
status, Accounts Payable payment status, intercompany balances reconciliation,
journal entries for management review within given deadlines.
• Manage monthly and quarterly reporting to HQ, financial reporting, audit
reporting.
• Fixed asset management and familiar with inventory control and management.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, secretary, bankers, relevant government
and regulatory agencies, BIR
• Handle full spectrum of HR functions.
• To provide office administration duties, filing organizing and managing the day to
day running of the office
• Supports departments teams as and when needed.
