Job Description

Infra Engineering Lead Requirements

-- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or any IT-related courses.
-- ITIL Knowledge: Experience with ITIL methodology, particularly Change Management.
-- Team Management: At least 3 years of experience managing a team of five or more direct reports (non-direct reports can be considered).
-- IT Infrastructure Experience: Minimum of 5 years supporting IT infrastructure and service delivery, preferably in a medium-sized organization.
-- Technical Knowledge: Desired experience with ITIL Foundation, Workstations, Windows and Linux Servers, VMWare, Virtualization, SAP, Network, Access, and Monitoring Tools.
-- Hands-on Experience: 3-5 years working with server hardware, virtualization, Linux, Windows, Microsoft technologies (including IIS Administration), Firewall, Network, ISP, and Telephony.
-- Cyber Security & IT Audit: 3 years of experience in Cyber Security, Controls, IT audit, or equivalent.
-- IT Infrastructure Projects: 3 years of experience in architecting and deploying IT infrastructure projects.
-- Problem-Solving: Analytical approach with the ability to anticipate potential issues.
-- Customer Focus: Strong customer-oriented mindset with a delivery-focused approach.
-- Vendor & Third-Party Management: Experience working with third-party service providers.
-- Team Management: Ability to manage distributed teams.
-- Soft Skills: Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
