IT Security Operations Analyst (1)

BRIEF JOB DESCRIPTION / NATURE OF WORK:
• Implement computer security standards, policies and guidelines for all systems, the enterprise network and database to ensure the confidentiality, availability and integrity of the bank’s information is preserved at all times.
• Executes IT Security Operations processes and activities accordingly.
• Identify and address exposures to accidental or intentional destruction, disclosure, modification or interruption of information that may cause serious financial and / or information loss
• Initiate the review of the access level authorities of all core banking systems, network, database users etc. to ensure current and appropriate systems access
• Manage the information security function in accordance with the established policies and guidelines
• Monitor security policies programs or procedures to ensure compliance with internal security policies, licensing requirements, or applicable regulatory requirement
• Carry out regular and on-demand security testing
• To respond rapidly and effectively to IT security incidents and managed it in a professional manner
• Ensures the confidentiality, integrity and availability of IT infrastructure resources and meets service level targets
• Handles Change and Access Management processes
• Work with cross-functional teams to analyze and evaluate security postures to identify risks or opportunities for improvement
• Participate in investigation and review of security breaches
• Coordinate with Governance and Quality Management team in establishing guidelines and operating manuals to ensure alignment with IT policies and Governance requirements
• Conforms and align with governance requirements and recommendation resulting from reviews conducted by the Governance unit performing oversight.

QUALIFICATIONS:
• Graduate of B.S. in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or any IT related discipline
• Must be familiar on various security concepts and tools
• Must be familiar with ITIL processes
• Familiarity with various IT Operations processes
• 3-5 years’ work experience in IT
