Job Description
Issuance of Collections Receipts- payments thru credit to bank account
Payment Entry on ERP
Creation of Statement of Accounts
Ensure the payment will be collected on time
Chasing the overdue transactions of clients via Email or Phone Call.
Posting of payments - Ensure the payment collected are correct.
Reconciliations of Accounts
Scanning of Documents (Invoices/DR's/PO's)
Submission of Documents on Client's Portal
Attending Meeting with the Clients
