Job Description

NITYO INFOTECH IS LOOKING FOR:

IT SERVICE DESK/TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVE (18 HC)

- Salary: Up to 30,000 PHP Gross + Php 10,000 completion bonus
- With shuttle service in Manila Area
- Location: BGC, Taguig (Hybrid, 12 days onsite per month
- Schedule: Shifting / Night Shift
- Project based - 6 months (Subject for extension)
- Start Date: March 17, 2025
- Open House Interview: February 20-21, 2025 (Tentative)

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Open for Undergrads, Vocational, Diploma, or Bachelor's Degree
- At least 6 months - 2+ years relevant experience
- TSR with Service Desk/Telco/Network Background with experience in BPO preferably US, UK, AU/NZ Canada Service Locations.
- Must have good communication skills
Salary:
