Job Description:
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers, assisting them with inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring their experience with our brand is positive. This is a fast-paced, dynamic role that requires strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-first attitude.

Responsibilities:
-Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner
-Resolve customer issues and complaints with patience and empathy, offering solutions and alternatives
-Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer needs are met
-Continuously improve knowledge of products and services to provide accurate and helpful information
-Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance customer service skills

Qualifications:
-College graduate, College Level, Associate Degree with or without experience.
-We accept CUG, SHS/HS graduate with at least 6 months of experience.
-Good to excellent English communication skills
-Excellent customer service, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
-Computer literate
-Can start ASAP
