Job Description
We are seeking an Employee Engagement Associate to help enhance the overall employee experience. This role involves supporting HR functions, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and fostering strong relationships across teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with employee onboarding and engagement activities.
- Conduct employee surveys and orientation sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve the employee experience.
- Manage employee engagement projects and ensure smooth execution.
- Foster positive relationships and build connections within the organization.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in HR, employee engagement, onboarding, or related fields.
- Familiarity with HR systems, survey tools, and communication platforms is a plus.
- Strong presentation, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Google Office Suite and collaboration tools.
- Extroverted with a natural ability to build relationships.
- Passion for working collaboratively and creatively to improve employee engagement.
