Job Description

A. To provide the DOCTOR, at a discounted and subsidized cost, seminars and lectures with its faculty, consultants, staff members and other guest lecturers;
b. To train the DOCTOR in the various aspects of dermatology and to develop his/her theoretical knowledge and practical skill through actual clinical experience;
c. To make available to the DOCTOR, at a discounted cost, the library, training and research facilities, laboratories, equipment and clinics;
d. To provide the DOCTOR with the opportunity to attend national and international dermatology conferences subject to the approval of DIFP;
e. To provide the DOCTOR regular/periodic training allowance in such amounts as may be determined by DIFP and/or Dermclinic by appropriate written regulation, memoranda, and other management issuances;
f. To give the DOCTOR the opportunity to earn target-based incentives while assigned to any of the Dermclinic branches during the Residency stages of the program. The incentive scheme shall be based on clinic targets. The manner of earning such incentives, the frequency of payment thereof, and its proper specifics shall be left to the sole prerogative of Dermclinic and may be determined by appropriate written regulation, memoranda, and other management issuances. It is understood that the payment of incentives and allowances shall not be interpreted as establishing any employer-employee relationship between the DOCTOR and DIFP and/or Dermclinic during the stages of the Program. Neither shall such payment create a vested and demandable right in favor of the DOCTOR
